About José Auriemo Neto

The executive has a huge responsibility of managing the company’s projects as well as its investment in the retail and shopping sectors. Some years back, José Neto played a very crucial role of encouraging his father, then serving as the president of JHSF, to start a project which today is regarded as the largest real estate complex in Brazil: the Parque Cidade Jardim.

Prior to the signing of the Cidade Jardim shopping center, José Auriemo Neto led the firm into signing of multiple partnership agreements with other investors like Jimmy Choo, Hermes and Pucci. José Auriemo graduated from the Sao Paulo based Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado University. He joined JHSF real estate firm in 1993, and a few years later the young José Auriemo Neto created Parkbem, an affiliate of JHSF to be in charge of managing its parking lots. Today, the businessman has achieved great success, as he is responsible for developing super-complex real estate projects, especially partnering with Hotel Fasano and boutique dealer Daslu.
